Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. UNRULY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, UNRULY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. All shipping claims must be filed with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved cases may qualify for a trade-in or store credit only.
